Part 1: Baan Ling

and Hotel iZen Rayong Amazing Thailand

I have been staying in a local iZen Plus Hotel for 4 month in Rayong until the departure day when I confronted the hotel staff Khun Oh with a compensating question for his laptop which was destroyed buy a broken pipe in the Aircon unit. All the datas and work of course we're gone. I have been working on that project for 2 months. It is a large scientific International project involving many Universities around the globe. The Hotel was comfortable and clean and I could see my daughter often in Bhan Phe.

Instead of reacting in a positive way and solve the problem the manager called the police because of overstay. But also charged incorrectly another night with some additional charges. By the way it has been the 1st of November and the planned departure day. The immigration police arrived at the hotel correctly and friendly. But this changed very soon when I was handed over to the police in Rayong. Just as information I stayed there for 4 months and all the paperwork has been done with the actual passport and nobody complained (iZen plus) and confirmed by the local Offices of the Immigration. I contacted immigration Bangkok several times and was basically cleared since I stayed in hospital care for many weeks and they told me to talk to immigration when leaving Thailand and pay the maximum fine of THB 20,000 so far so good? This has been confirmed by 3 different immigration officers at different locations and I was working on my one year Visa anyway. My lawyer was then also involved in this process.

Well three officers drove me to BKK to the international Detention Center. You will be received like in a Nazi concentration camp. And you will not even be addressed by your name or any decent way to talk to you. They will take all your belongings including your luggage and check of course everything.
Then they will put you in a packed cell with a lot of people all over the world. The hygienic conditions as bad as it can be. The situation for human beings it's catastrophic.

Human rights or anything? Of course not. I told him very clear that I need medical care or at least my medication, no response.

Later we have been moved to the third floor and this cell was managed by some Russian inmates in the first thing they ask you is 200 THB for the toilet and we are talking one toilet for about 70 people. The situation in there horrifying.

Anyway they told you the rules and you tried to keep silent. I did talk to the Chinese guy who managed a little store and he was friendly and helpful. And he made me the contact with Khun Apple to get out there. It is not a problem if you have money to handle this situation. I have to add that basically the restrooms have clean.

You also can buy some food for money of course and this was definitely helpful.

I need to observe the inmates and I could clearly see the groups and the Russian people have being scary. Very well trained young guys. Next to me was a Chinese man who was sitting in there for 9 years and he was a very educated the gentleman.  As long as you have money you will survive in there.

I kept a low profile since they started to ask about my watch . One of the staff ask me straight forward to give him my watch otherwise he will cut my hand to take it off at night. This was not a joke and I knew that my time is very limited in there.

The Chinese guy running the store was very friendly and told me if I have the money to return to my country? and I said yes. I need to send an email to my friend and they responded immediately and transferred money. Khun Apple booked my flight in minutes. She was very professional and friendly.

So a nightmare started soon after immigration police left the Place. There I was treated like a criminal and they put me in the jail with some inmates you really don't like to see even in daylight not to talk about the hygiene and conditions. Nobody talk to me in my language or took notice of any of my questions. I have to hand out all my belongings including my cell phone so no way to communicate with the outside world.  By the way I'm diabetic Type 2 and some other medical problems like thyroid and other symptoms related to diabetes. So I did need insulin but there was no medication whatsoever.

  • Trial in Thai via Video conference and paid the THB 2500 fee

  • They told me to drive me to BKK next day 24hrs

  • All THAI inmates used their Cellphones. No contact possible for me.

  • My lawyer visited me for 5 Minutes..I will send you my assistant no show. She knew

  • I am Diabetic Type II. Nobody cared at all. The corruption was obvious and MONEY TALKS IN THERE

  • 3 am a Police officer gave me his cell and I contacted the outside world witrh one Message to Khun Mangofish (code for my dear friend who acted brilliant).

I have being moved to immigration Maptaphut by the 2 Immigration Officers in a correct manner. In a single cell and basically the same but of course a shower and a somewhat clean toilets. So I moved basically  to a 3 star prison.
I was alone sleeping on the floor with nothing but I did get some food and it was okay and it was for the first time able to take a shower.

They handed out my cell phone and I could make a few phone calls. It was all okay so far.
Immigration officers have been correct.

During the night I felt not well and start sweating and my heartbeat went up so I experienced very bad headaches. This was a clear sign off a pre-diabetic coma as described in the medical literature. It was getting worse around 2 a.m. and I know I have to do something. But there was no food or sugar. I did try to wake my hands to work the cameras and called for help.
There was no one helping me because there was no one.

I had only about 22% of battery power left in my cell phone. The situation worsens about 3 a.m. in the morning and I had hallucinations and then it's only question now of minutes until I pass out. The diabetes coma is deadly is untreated.
I spoke/dictated my last will on tape and did send it to my friends by email.

Thanks to the brilliant reaction of Khun Mangofish (KMF) and her intervention calling the ambulance I had a second chance. The ambulance arrived within an hour but could not enter the prison. They arrived about 6 a.m. and I'm not sure what they did? I passed out. I asked one of the guys to buy me some cornflakes and milk and this saved my life. KMF did react so professional that she basically saved me from dying. The Immigration officers have not being familiar with the term diabetus or the consequences. Thanks God I had my cell phone with me and the smart reaction of KMF.

Part 2 :  Motorbike Side Effect the Koh Samed Mafia

Welcome to Lieland

The woman came down to the police station and came up with a story that I damaged the bike while I was drunk?? Now ladies gentlemen I do not drink at all and the bike was in perfect condition as by the police report. Bad luck for the blondish liar. My ex-girlfriend paid the remaining money and of course THB 200/day. She didn't told that she never received any deposit?? Now everybody knows that the first thing Thai people ask is money. And of course she lied a second time and kept the deposit. So much to honesty.

I strongly advise every tourist to look twice and be extremely careful with this people. Squeezing the money out of honest and  too kind customers.

Part 3: IDC Bangkok

All embassies have to be in for it to really understand what this IDC stands for and it's very similar to the LIE of the Nazi Germans during World War II as far as communication to the outside world. This has to go public and Embassies have to be on highest about the disappearing of people

Well three officers drove me to BKK to the international Detention Center. You will be received like in a Nazi concentration camp. And you will not even be addressed by your name or any decent way to talk to you. They will take all your belongings including your luggage and check of course everything.

The Chinese guy was very friendly and told me if I have the money to return to my country? and I said yes. I need to send an email to my friend and they responded immediately and transferred money. Khun Apple booked my flight in minutes. She was very professional and friendly.

Remark, SWISS INTERNATIONAL AIRLINES does not transport detainees.!!!

I was booked on a Thai international flight and they told me to transport us to the airport. Of course another THB 3500 and the driver who drove us on a open truck to the terminal.

I met a Belgium couple who has been in jail with a nine years old raped child!! The SWISS paedophile bribed the police and then they arrested the woman and child and to put them Behind Bars. This story you can find on the website.

I was very lucky to be on board TG 970  Bound for Zurich and was taken well care by the kind Crew on the T7300ER. by the way the flight was excellent and the landing was as gentle as it can be.

welcome back to ZRH

Back Home straight to Hospital for surgery

Soon after arrival in Switzerland my health condition became unstable and I became feverish and felt badly ill.
I decided to see the nearest hospital and my friend Markus Frei then drove me there. Soon after dropping me at emergency it became clear that I had something serious. My vital datas such as BP 120..220..where on the limit and I suffered from severe inflammation. So the nice ICU staff lead by the Head MD Mrs. Knobloch  & MD Enrique Aleman decided on imm. surgery that night.

I have to thank you to the very friendly and professional staff to treat me that way in my home country after the terrible experience in Thailand. By the way here comes Medical Care first before asking for a credit card.

The medical personnel did a great job on the Surgicalward they have been very helpful in any way. After their traumatic experience in Thailand I felt very welcome in this professional environment. My colleagues (patients) in the room recovering from surgery and have been very nice gentlemen to talk to.
What's a difference from the last days.
Anyhow thanks to the good medical care I made it out and look into the future with a different angle.
