Airline Experience & Stories

SINGAPORE AIRLINES is my Number 1 Airline for many reasons. 

1. On time, (eta), for me best Aiport "CHANGI" , connecting flights  are easy & efficient.

2. friendly and efficient staff (helpful) and well trained

3. Quality, and (and enough food  in all classes and snacks aboard, rated 5 Star.

4. Inflight service "Best in the sky.." Business, or Economy class"

5. SIA utilizes a fleet of clean and state of the art AIRBUS A380.

6. SINGAPORE AIRLINES Zürich  City Office!  exeptionally well managed and supportive.

OUTSTANDING !

I fly the sector ZRH-SIN-BKK (HKG) 6-8 times/year. During one flight a medical problem with my leg be came very painful so  the crew moved me to Business-Class and there I was able to stretch out my leg. The Crew cared extremly well for me.

ZRH-SIN I was in the rush and checked in 15 Min prior to departure, the A380 waited 10 mins for me, since they knew at Check (I called them..) in that I had to attend a important meeting in SIN..

 

 

 

 

 

 


 

 

 

BRITISH AIRWAYS, one of my favourite airlines, I fly the sector ZRH-LHR (LCY)-LAX at least 3 times/year and always a good service. Now at T6 LHR! (only the wait is a bit annoying). The good old B747400 has been replaced with the A380 and yes you will see me more often.. by the way Elaine KIng served me since I was

18 years old, "fly the flag.." I remember the B1-11, Trident and the VC10.."

I organized a musical event with the famous Violinist Li Jia Wang from London and she gave a concert in Zürich. BA upgraded all VIP´s from the US and the UK!!

Unfort. I had a very fatal accident in LA and needed to fly back asap., without asking, BA upgraded me to busisness-Class at LAX, and assisted me in any possible way! THANK YOU BA

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

OMAN AIR, in the top 3 with excellent on board service, fantastic ZRH Office staff !, helpful and

very customer orientated ! a great small airline. The seats in eco are best in class and not to mention 

the businessclass ! Food : of excellent quality..and all this at very fair prices.

Very nice staff at the ZRH-Airport Office, for example Mr. Danish Mazhar.

On a flight from BKK to ZRH my girlfriend became very ill(food-poisoning "SUSHI-bar"..and the crew made seats avail.  for her to sleep/rest and cared during the entire flight extremly well

worst experience

SWISS I LH Group MILES & MORE

Firts of all Lufthansa is a top Airline, no doubt and upgraded me many times on

FRA-SIN. But MILES&MORE is too much :

they just cancelled 300'000 Miles from my M&M Card "no reason" and the arrogance of the staff was

very disappointing (rude) and "well for us this call came to an end & hang up.." after calling them 6 times and sending various e-mails.. for me a reason NOT to fly LX, or LH anymore. NO SERVICE at all, 

SWISS ZRH-BKK; full A340300 "no breakfast" sorry we are out of.., the seats in eco not to mention, but

the crew did the best (Servicestandard (***) for a quality airline
