Well ladies and gentlemen: I have to amend a positive comment concerning the court in Flawil.

 

Normally you don't have to deal with lawyers and judges, but sometimes you do,  as in my case. You don't need a university degree to mathematically calculate this case. And it is very obvious that the numbers and figures are way off or in other words have been presented in a very creative way as bookkeepers say. The court has to come to a decision and in my view of the story they have been researching quite deeply.

 

I addressed  them directly, and they were very professional even if not in my favour. In the near future we will definitely take the Bank to court and this evidence-based with some lawyers understanding their profession.

The power of this Bank has limitations and with Social Media, and maybe the Press we will address the people directly.

 

In talking to local lawyers I felt very uncomfortable as soon as the word Bank was mentioned; and it's very clear to me that the mechanisms of the internal communication played a vital role.  In other words don't touch the subject.
